Hi! I’m Angela Franco, a Licensed Real Estate Broker proudly serving the entire state of Connecticut. My journey in real estate officially began in 2008 when I earned my salesperson license—but in many ways, it started long before that. Growing up, I had the privilege of shadowing my mom, Stacy, a seasoned real estate professional whose dedication and passion left a lasting impression on me. I was captivated by the homes she showed, the beautiful interiors, and the stories behind every door. That early exposure sparked something in me that never faded. I was born and raised in West Haven—a true Westie at heart. I graduated from West Haven High School in 2004 and went on to study Criminal Justice at the University of New Haven. After two years, I realized my path was leading somewhere else. In 2007, I took a leap and purchased my first home at the age of 21; a brand-new construction in Naugatuck (Apple Hill Estates), built from the ground up. The process fascinated me—the details, the decisions, the transformation from plans to a finished home. That experience confirmed what my heart had been telling me all along…real estate was where I belonged. By early 2008, I enrolled in real estate school, and by the end of that year, I was officially licensed. Fast forward to 2024, and I proudly earned my Broker’s License, marking a new chapter in my career. Over the years, I’ve had the honor of working side by side with my mom. Her mentorship and extensive knowledge helped shape the foundation of my business, and together we’ve served countless clients through every kind of real estate transaction. From managing hundreds of foreclosure files during the 2008–2011 market shift to helping buyers, sellers, and investors navigate the ever-evolving real estate landscape—I’ve seen and done a little bit of everything. My experience includes: REO/Foreclosures & Property Management, Short Sales & Cash-for-Keys Negotiations, First-Time & Move-Up Buyers, Downsizing, Probate Sales, Residential, Commercial, Mixed-Use & Land Sales, Rentals for both landlords and tenants,& Relocations. Real estate isn’t just a job for me—it’s a calling. I take great pride in guiding people through some of the most important decisions of their lives, always with honesty, care, and a personal touch. In 2024 & 2025, I helped over 60 families and closed out over 20 million in sales both on and off market! I take pride in my full-time real estate career and I treat every single client like family! When I’m not working, you can find me spending time with my three beloved cats : Cecelia, Blaine, and Ellie, making my nephew laugh, growing closer to God, spending time with my family, working out, or heading out for a hike. I also love to travel and explore new places, whether close to home here in Connecticut or across the globe. Mexico has some of the nicest beaches I’ve ever seen!
